Reliable CD outlets outside Spain remain elusive, though both Borders and Amazon.com have some Spanish imports in stock - albeit only spasmodically available. The links below show reliable outlets, but only El Corte Inglés stock a good range of the classic Alhambra and Hispavox recordings from the 1950's and 60's

Now Madrid's best shop for zarzuela CDs and DVDs, diverdi.com's tienda inside the Teatro Real may not be the cheapest, but it is undoubtedly the best stocked in the capital. At the time of writing (June 2006) diverdi.com are in the process of introducing their zarzuela stocks into the online database, and they promise soon to be making these available online, worldwide. When this happens, diverdi.com will be the online outlet of choice, as their (Spanish and English) website is both aesthetically attractive and technically state of the art.El Corte Inglés
Although filling in the registration form is initially a long-winded trial, and involves some acquaintance with Spanish, they do hold a comprehensive stock of zarzuela CDs, DVDs and videos which they will ship anywhere abroad, including the United States. Much the most reliable option for budding collectors, and the prices are reasonable too

This Barcelona company has been releasing high-quality CD transfers of pre-war material over a period of time, with the English title Our Recovered Voices, and go from strength to strength in technical transfer quality and documentation of the material.
